Thank you for your interest in commissioning me.
Before proceeding with the commission, please read and agree to the following Terms of Service:

USAGE & RIGHTS

1. The commission refers to the creation of fan art, fan fiction, or fan videos based on existing works or your own original characters.
2. I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission at any time.
3. If the commission you request is fanart, I reserve the right to print and sell it.
4. You are granted non-transferable and non-commercial rights to use the commissioned work for your personal enjoyment only.
5. You may not reproduce or re-distribute the commissioned work beyond personal use without explicit permission.
6. You agree to not to use any commissioned works in any AI-generated content or within any Non-Fungible Token (NFT) creations.
7. I retain the right to showcase the commissioned work on social media, in my portfolio, or in promotional materials, crediting you as the commissioner.
8. All commissioned works will include a watermark attributing myself as the original owner of the fan made material. (Not including fan fiction)
9. You may not remove, alter, or obscure the watermark included in the commissioned work. (Not including fan fiction)
10. You agree to indemnify me from any claims or actions related to the commissioned work.

PROCESS

1. To initiate the commission process, you must provide clear and specific instructions for the desired fan art, fan fiction, or fan video as required in the commission form.
2. The price, payment method, and delivery timeline will be agreed upon before the start of the commission.
3. The commission will be declined if it involves offensive content, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
4. The completed commission will be delivered to you in the agreed-upon format (.png, .mp4, text document, etc.).
5. You understand commissions will take me several weeks to months to complete, however, I will be continuously updating you on progress.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

1. You are required to make a payment of 50% upfront* via PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp in USD, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. The payment amount will be determined based on the complexity of the requested commission, but will largely follow the current listed prices.
3. Conversion fees are not included in your pricing.
4. If I cannot complete your commission for any reason, I will notify you and issue a refund immediately.
5. Commissions will take me several weeks to months to complete. Therefore any requested refunds due to unsatisfactory delivery time will be denied, as we will agree upon a timeline before any payment is due. If you refuse to pay the additional 50% for this reason, I will not complete your commission.
6. If you cancel the commission for any other reason after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.*For fan art, your 50% payment will be due after you approve the initial sketch. You will be allowed three revisions free of cost. Any changes requested after the sketch phase will be $5 per revision.

CHANGES TO TERMS
